What's new in InfoPeak

Everything we have shipped, in the order we shipped it. Only what is live and working right now.

This page is written in English for everyone.

October 2026

Fonts

Google fonts from Germany with InfoPeak Fonts

InfoPeak Fonts serves the fonts from the Google Fonts library from our servers in Germany, so your visitors' IP addresses are not sent to Google. Switching takes one line on your site, and the Font check in InfoPeak Cloud shows you which line to change. It is free, with no monthly limit.

Forms

Receive form answers only you can read

InfoPeak Forms receives the forms on your own website. Every answer is encrypted to your account before it is stored, so only you can read it, and InfoPeak Captcha keeps the spam out. The first 500 answers a month are free, and Pro starts at 9 EUR for 5,000.

Cloud

Your website tools in one place with InfoPeak Cloud

InfoPeak Cloud at cloud.infopeak.io brings InfoPeak Captcha, Analytics, Forms and Fonts together under your InfoPeak account. Turn each product on or off, see this month's usage, and pay for all of it on one invoice with one card.

Cloud

100 EUR in starter credit for InfoPeak Cloud

New InfoPeak Cloud customers can activate 100 EUR in starter credit, or the same amount in their own currency, and use it on Pro in every Cloud product for 90 days. Paid plans only start to cost money when the credit is used up or has expired.

Cloud

Invite your team and organise by website

In InfoPeak Cloud you can now group your products by website and invite up to ten people with an InfoPeak account as Owner, Billing, Developer or Viewer. Members are free.

Captcha Analytics

Pro now comes in volume steps

Pro in InfoPeak Captcha and InfoPeak Analytics now comes in steps, so you pay for the volume you actually use. Captcha Pro runs from 100,000 to 1,000,000 verifications a month and Analytics Pro from 100,000 to 5,000,000 page views, both from 9 EUR. Existing plans keep their price.

Docs Sheets Slides

Start from a ready-made template

Docs now has meeting minutes, a letter, a report, a project plan and a CV. Sheets has a budget, an invoice, a shift schedule and a task list, and Slides has a pitch, a project status and a simple presentation. They open in your own language, and the formulas in Sheets already work.

Docs Sheets Slides

Switch apps and reach your profile from the editors

InfoPeak Docs, Sheets and Slides now show the app menu and your profile picture in the top right corner, just like Mail and Drive. Jump to another InfoPeak app or open your account without leaving through the back arrow first.

Calendar

Event reminders now ring on your phone

A reminder you set on an event in InfoPeak Calendar now alerts you at the chosen time. It travels with the event to the calendar app on your phone or computer, and if you have notifications enabled in your browser you get one there too. Reminders you set in your phone calendar sync back, and everyone on a shared calendar gets the alert.

Support

Your support requests in one place

Your requests and our replies are now listed on the contact page at support.infopeak.io, right below the form for a new one. Support in the app menu opens the help center, so you can search for an answer first, and the link in our emails takes you straight to your requests.

Analytics

See your events broken down by their properties

A new Properties tab in the Events card shows every value your events send, such as which button was clicked or which exhibition a ticket was for, with no setup. Click a value to filter the whole report to the visits behind it.

Analytics

Send conversions from your own server

Payments, sign-ups and bookings that are only confirmed on your server can now be sent from there with a secret key you create in the site settings. They land on the same visit the browser started, so you still see which channel and campaign they came from.

Analytics

Build your own funnels

In the Funnel card you can now set up your own funnels of up to 10 pages and events, such as product page, checkout and purchase. You see how many visits reach each step and how many drop off along the way, and a new funnel works on the data you already have.

Chat

Turn on chat notifications from any app

The "Get notified about new messages" button in chat now works wherever you open it. A small window opens where one click turns them on, you stay on the page you were on, and the offer disappears once they are on.

Account

Sign up from behind a VPN

You can now create an InfoPeak account while connected to a VPN, including the one built into the Opera browser.

Account

Back where you were after signing in

Signing in now takes you back to the page you came from, whether that is a product page, the help center or a link to something in one of the apps, instead of always opening Mail.

Account

Stay signed in, and see it everywhere

The sign-in page has a Keep me signed in box. Leave it ticked and closing the browser no longer signs you out. Untick it on a shared computer, and closing the browser does. Your profile picture and the apps menu now also show on infopeak.io and the help center when you are signed in, and the product pages have their own addresses, such as infopeak.io/products/drive, so you can read them without being sent into the app.

Support

Ask for help without leaving the help center

Signed in, you can now send a request straight from the contact page on support.infopeak.io. While you type the subject, it shows articles that may already answer your question, and you can follow the request under Your tickets.

September 2026

Support

A help center in your language

support.infopeak.io has step-by-step guides for every app, from setting up mail on your phone to moving your files from Google, in all 16 languages. Search suggests the right article as you type, and each guide uses the same button names you see in InfoPeak.

Account

Plus: 200 GB for your account

Plus gives your InfoPeak account 200 GB for mail, files and photos instead of 5 GB, for €2.99 a month billed yearly. Everything else stays the same, and if you move up to One later, you switch right away and only pay the difference.

One Family

Try One and Family free for 30 days

One and Family now start with 30 days free, so you can move your mail and files in and see how it fits before you pay. We email you 3 days before the first payment, and if you cancel during the trial you pay nothing.

Chat

An email when a message is waiting for you

If a message has waited unread for 15 minutes, you get a short email saying who wrote, with a button that opens the conversation. You get at most one email per conversation until you have read it, and you can turn it off in Settings.

Chat

Chat with your family and team from any app

Messages now open from a button in the corner of every InfoPeak app, so you can answer without leaving what you are doing. Send photos and files, reply to a specific message, react, edit or delete what you sent and start group chats, all end-to-end encrypted. Turn on notifications to hear about new messages, even when InfoPeak is closed.

Notes

A new note stays put, even while your notes are still loading

Creating a note the moment the app opened could make it vanish from the list and switch the editor to a different note. The new note now stays in the list and stays open, however quickly you start writing.

Photos

InfoPeak Photos gets its own place in the suite

Photos is now the twelfth InfoPeak app, with its own page at infopeak.io/photos. It shows the pictures in your Drive as one timeline, with this day in earlier years at the top, and it is included on every plan.

DNS

The DNS overview shows where you really stand

The status at the top now tells you whether you have a profile, whether a device is using it yet, or whether protection is running. Until you create your first profile, the counters wait instead of showing zero.

DNS

InfoPeak DNS now has its own place in the app menu

If your plan includes InfoPeak DNS, open it straight from the app menu to manage your profiles, set up your devices and see what was blocked. It lives at its own address, so a bookmark takes you right back.

Captcha Analytics

Pay yearly and get two months free, or switch plan in one click

InfoPeak Captcha and InfoPeak Analytics can now be paid yearly, which costs the same as ten months. You can also move between Pro and Business, or between monthly and yearly, straight from your dashboard without cancelling first.

Captcha

The WordPress plugin now protects Contact Form 7, WPForms and WooCommerce

Version 1.1.0 of the InfoPeak Captcha plugin adds the widget to your Contact Form 7 and WPForms forms and to the WooCommerce checkout by itself. Turn each one on in the plugin settings, and there is nothing to edit in the forms.

Captcha Analytics

One plan covers every key and site on your account

Upgrade InfoPeak Captcha or InfoPeak Analytics once, and the plan applies to all your keys or sites, including the ones you add later. You pay one subscription however many you run.

Captcha

Know before your captcha hits its monthly limit

When a sitekey has confirmed 80% of its monthly verifications, its owner gets a mail, and again at 100%. It says which site it is, how far along it is and what the next plan up is. Your form keeps working past the limit either way.

Captcha

Move from reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha or Turnstile without touching your backend

InfoPeak Captcha now verifies tokens with the same parameters and the same answer as reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha and Turnstile. Swap the script, the widget element and the verify address, and the rest of your code keeps working as it is. The developer docs show every line.

Family Mail

See who already answered a mail to your family address

When someone in the family replies to a mail that came in through your shared family address, everyone else who got it sees "Answered by" with their name, in the inbox and in the mail itself. Only that someone replied is shared, never what they wrote.

Docs Drive

Save a document as a Word file in Drive

The File menu in Docs can now save your document as a Word file straight into Drive, in the same folder as the document. Open it in Word from Drive on your computer and keep working there. Saving again adds a new copy, so changes you made in Word are never overwritten.

Account Drive Mail

A heads-up before your storage runs out

You now get a mail when your files, mail and other apps together reach 80% and 100% of your storage, with a direct way to clean up or get more room. If a trial ends while you are over the free limit, you hear about it a week before and on the last day, so nothing catches you by surprise.

Company

A new look for InfoPeak

The website and the sign-in pages are lighter and calmer, and every product page now shows the app itself next to what it does for you. Everything works the way it did before.

Shield Account

Shield can now be chosen from your account

Shield, which is VPN, password manager and DNS filtering on one plan, now sits with the other plans under your subscription, so you can pick it without going back to the website. Changing plan shows the full plan cards as well, with what each one includes and the price on your own billing cycle.

DNS One Business

DNS filtering now comes with One and Business Premium

Block ads, trackers and malware on every device with your own DNS profiles, now in One and Business Premium as well as Family and Shield. Each profile has its own address, so the filters you choose follow the device wherever it connects. The shared address that worked without an account is no longer in use.

Calendar

Invite guests and answer invitations

Add guests to an event and they get an invitation from your own address, with changes and cancellations to follow; their answers show up on the event. Invitations you receive from Google, Outlook, Apple or another InfoPeak user land in your calendar, with Yes, Maybe and No right in the mail.

Calendar

Attendees stay with your events when you sync your calendar app

Events you save from Apple Calendar or another calendar app now keep their organizer and attendees, and bring them back to every device on the next sync. They are stored encrypted, together with the title, notes and location.

Family

A clearer Family DNS, with members, plan and profiles each in one place

Family DNS no longer repeats the same lists across tabs. Members now covers who has access and your plan, Profiles covers filtering for each person, and Overview stays your at-a-glance dashboard.

Family

See when each family member's DNS protection was last active

Family DNS now shows exactly when each profile last checked in, not just "active now". If a profile goes quiet for more than two days, we email the family admin so you can check whether the device is simply off, or someone changed its settings.

Account Business

Forgot your password? Get back in with your recovery key

Choose "Forgot your password?" when you sign in, enter the recovery key you saved when you created your account, and pick a new password. On Business Standard and Business Premium, an administrator can also give an employee a one-time code to get back in. Your data stays encrypted the whole way, and we still cannot open your account.

Calendar Business

Clients get the new time when you move a booked meeting

Move a booked meeting in your calendar and the client gets an email and an updated calendar file with the new time. Their booking page shows the new time right away. If you move it on your phone, the client is told the next time you open Calendar on the web.

Calendar Business

All your bookings in one list, and clients hear from you when you cancel

Bookings in Calendar lists your upcoming bookings with name, email and status, and you can cancel one right there. The client gets an email and a calendar file that removes the meeting. If you delete a booked meeting in your calendar instead, the client is told the next time you open Calendar on the web.

Calendar Business

Clients can move or cancel a booking, and you can close dates

The confirmation email has a link where clients change or cancel their time, and a calendar file that puts the meeting in their own calendar. When they move or cancel, you get an email and the meeting in your calendar follows along. Holidays and other closed dates apply to all your booking links at once.

Calendar Business

Clients can book a time with you from your booking link

Share your booking link and clients pick a free time on a page in their own language. You choose the days and hours, the calendar bookings go into, how much notice you need and how far ahead clients can book. You both get an email, and times you are already busy, including repeating meetings, are never offered.

Business

Set up your organization in three steps, try Business with up to 10 people, and pay per user

The first time you open Business admin, you name your organization, add your own domain and invite colleagues. During the 30-day trial your team can have up to 10 people. When you subscribe, you pay for the people on your team, and the price follows along when someone joins or leaves.

Account

The menu behind your profile picture is the same everywhere

Click your profile picture in any app, in your account or in Business admin and you get the same menu: your name and address, one button to manage your InfoPeak Account, admin for team owners and admins, subscription and log out.

Business

Business admin has its own address: admin.infopeak.io

Owners and admins on Business Standard and Business Premium now manage members, seats, domains and policies at admin.infopeak.io, one click from the app menu. A Business Premium trial started from your account now begins right away, with your team ready to invite people to.

Analytics Captcha

See how InfoPeak Analytics compares, and clearer search results for Analytics and Captcha

A new page sets InfoPeak Analytics side by side with Google Analytics, Matomo Cloud and Plausible on cookies, where visitor data is kept, free plans and reports. The Analytics and Captcha pages now each show their own title and description in search results, in all sixteen languages.

Analytics

Analytics has its own site: developers, pricing and data protection

InfoPeak Analytics now has its own pages for developers, pricing and data protection, with its own menu. The data protection page is written for whoever signs off on it, and the data processing agreement can be read in English or German before you create an account.

Analytics

Analytics in the menus, and a welcome that shows what you get

Analytics now sits in the app menu and in the site menu. A new account starts with the domain field right on the page, the three steps to the first numbers and an example of the finished report.

Analytics

Website statistics with the reports you know from Google Analytics

Your statistics page now shows visits, engagement rate and time, entry and exit pages, channels and campaigns, countries, languages and devices, with any period compared to the one before and filters that apply to the whole report. Outbound clicks, file downloads and scrolling are measured automatically, still without storing anything on the visitor's device, and every table exports to CSV.

Analytics

Accept a data processing agreement for your website statistics

You can read the data processing agreement for InfoPeak Analytics in English or German and accept it straight from your statistics page. One acceptance covers every website on the account, and the record keeps the date, the company and who accepted it.

Analytics

Terms and privacy policy now cover website statistics

The privacy policy has a new section on what is recorded about people who visit a website that uses our statistics, where it is kept and for how long. The terms describe the service and how each website is billed, in all 16 languages.

Analytics

Upgrade a single website to a higher limit

A website you measure can now move to Pro or Business straight from its own page, paid by card and billed monthly for that website alone. Cancelling keeps the plan until the period ends, and the numbers you have collected are never deleted.

Analytics

See how your website is used, without a cookie banner

Add one line to your pages and see which pages are read, where readers arrive from and which countries they are in. Nothing is stored on the devices of your visitors, the numbers are kept in Germany, and the same person visiting two different sites can never be linked. It is free up to 10,000 page views a month on one domain.

Security

New sign-in alerts arrive together instead of one at a time

If your browser clears cookies or runs in private mode, every sign-in looked new to us, and each one sent its own email. Those alerts now arrive grouped in a single message that lists every new sign-in, so nothing is left out. The first alert from a device we have not seen before still reaches you straight away.

Company

There is no free plan any more, just an InfoPeak account

What we used to call Free is simply your InfoPeak account: the whole suite, your own address and 5 GB, at no cost and with no card. Nothing about your account changed, only what we call it. Pick a paid plan while signed out and your choice now carries through creating the account, so you land straight on payment instead of starting over.

Security Connect

Passwords for other apps have their own list

The codes you create for your mail program, phone or calendar now sit in their own list under Security, separate from where you are signed in. Deleting one says up front what stops syncing, and a code your program has never used is marked, so you know it is the program that needs the new code and not the code that is wrong.

Contacts

Select every contact at once, and see when something fails

You can now select all the contacts in your current view with one click instead of 50 at a time. Deleting a group tells you how many moved to the trash, and says so plainly if any of them did not go through.

Contacts

Importing the same file twice no longer doubles your contacts

The import button locks while a file is being read, so an extra click cannot bring the whole file in a second time. Cards that carry no identifier of their own are now recognised by their details, so importing the same file again adds only what is new.

DNS

DNS setup that actually connects

The setup page now hands you the encrypted address for Private DNS on your phone and for secure DNS on your computer. Both are open to everyone, and every lookup you make is encrypted on the way out.

Docs Notes

Video plays inside the page

Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link and the video becomes its own block in the document. It loads only when you press play, so a page full of video opens as fast as one without. Notes works the same way.

Mail

Every message says who sent it

The sender now shows with both name and address, in the list and in the reading pane. That includes the messages you sent yourself, so a thread reads the same from either end.

Drive

Your storage, with the numbers behind it

A storage panel opens on the right and breaks the total down by what is using it. It replaces the thin meter in the sidebar, and the upgrade link now only appears on plans that have somewhere to go.

Drive

Upload asks first

The Upload button opens a dialog where you choose files or a whole folder. The system file picker no longer jumps at you the moment you click.

Captcha

Last month next to this month

Your console now shows the previous month alongside the current one. You can see what a full billing period looked like without exporting anything.

Mail

The addresses you write to are remembered

People you have written to before come back as suggestions in To, Cc and Bcc, and each one becomes a chip you can tab through. The list is encrypted with your own key, like everything else in your mailbox.

Mail Drive

Attach a file straight from Drive

Compose reaches into Drive and attaches the file without a download and a re-upload in between. Documents, sheets and decks you made yourself attach the same way.

Drive

A document from outside opens as a document

Upload a document file you exported from InfoPeak and Drive turns it back into something you can edit. Nothing to convert and nothing to import.

August 2026

Drive

Share a folder, not just a file

You can share a whole folder with named people, and everything inside it inherits that access. Business Standard and Business Premium also get shared drives for the files a team owns together.

Docs Sheets Slides

Documents read properly on a phone

Opening a document, a sheet or a deck on a phone gives you the document itself instead of a desktop layout squeezed sideways. A deck presents full screen from the phone, with a close button because a phone has no Escape key.

Mail

Read receipts, both directions

You can ask for a read receipt on an outgoing message, and answer someone else's request when one arrives. Answering stays your decision every time.

Drive

Stop a transfer that is running

An upload can be cancelled while it is in flight. An interrupted upload no longer leaves a file behind that refuses to open.

Connect

Let an AI assistant work with your data

You can connect an assistant to your mail, your files and your calendar, and decide up front what it is allowed to touch. Every connection is listed under Settings, and you revoke it there.

Business

Business Premium

A second business tier above Business Standard. It sets the rule in advance for what employees may hand to an AI, keeps a record of what an assistant actually did, and closes a departing employee out in one action.

Mail

You decide what a push notification carries

A notification can bring the sender and the subject with it, or say only that mail arrived. The choice sits in Settings and it is yours.

Company

Terms, privacy policy and service level in every language

The service level agreement is published and readable at infopeak.io/sla. Terms and the privacy policy now read in all 16 languages the site speaks, not just English and Danish.

Calendar

Repeating events that stop when you say so

A repeat can end on a date you pick. When you change or delete one event in a series, Calendar asks whether you mean this one, this one and everything after it, or all of them.

Security

A password per service, not per account

A device password can be limited to calendar only, contacts only or files only. If one ever leaks, it opens the one thing you gave it and nothing else.

Drive

This day, in earlier years

Photos shows the pictures you took on this date in previous years. Where a photo carries a location, you get a map link next to it.

Storage

More room on every plan

InfoPeak One and Business Standard now come with 1 TB, and Family with 3 TB shared across the household. Mail and files draw on the same space, so there are not two numbers to ration.

July 2026

Calendar Contacts Drive

Device sync on every plan, Free included

CalDAV, CardDAV and WebDAV are open on all plans. Your phone, your laptop and your desktop client talk to your calendar, contacts and files directly, with nothing in between.

Security

See the devices signed in to your account

Active sessions lists every device on your account and lets you sign one out from there. A login from a device we have not seen before now sends you a mail.

DNS

DNS filtering is part of Shield

Filtering used to belong to Family alone. Shield now blocks ads, trackers and malware on the same lists, across every device on the connection.

One

Personal is now InfoPeak One

The Personal plan is called InfoPeak One and lives at infopeak.io/one. The name changed; what you get did not.

Notes

Tables and a slash menu

Type a slash in a note to insert a block, and build real tables inside the editor. You can also send a mail, an event or a contact straight into a note from the app it lives in.

June 2026

Storage

One pool for mail and files

Mail and Drive share a single storage limit instead of holding two separate ones. Nothing sits stranded in the half you are not using.

One account. Every app above.

Mail, files, documents, calendar and contacts, on servers in Europe.
